How have you seen PD change since you started? Since I started at Pecan Deluxe it has grown 5 times over.

What do you enjoy most about working for PD? I enjoy creating quality food ingredients, working with our customers, and the friendly family atmosphere.
Proudest moment working at PD? Shaking Bennie’s hand upon our 1st excellent AIB score and joining the wall of great men and women before me.
Do you recall any embarrassing moments at work? I’m not sure I’m capable of embarrassment.
If you could do another job within the company for one day, what would it be? I’ve already done them all.
