Breaking New Ground: Pecan Deluxe Celebrates the Start of a New Chapter

We’re proud to share an exciting milestone in our 75-year journey — Pecan Deluxe Candy Company has officially broken ground on our new state-of-the-art production facility!

This moment marks more than just the start of construction; it represents our continued commitment to innovation, growth, and family tradition.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, our President and CEO Jay Brigham was joined by his mother Mary Brigham, wife of the late President and CEO Bennie Brigham; Cheryl Brigham Fulfer, Vice President of Charitable Funding and daughter of Bennie and Mary; and Mike Cavin, Chief Operating Officer. Together, they turned the first shovels of dirt — a symbolic gesture of both our proud legacy and the exciting future ahead.

The new facility will include 83,656 square feet of production space and a 13,400-square-foot cooler area, thoughtfully designed to support our continued growth and uphold the quality and innovation that define Pecan Deluxe. It will also feature underground parking for 145 vehicles, providing added convenience for our team members.

This project represents a significant investment in our company’s long-term vision — and most importantly, in our people.
