Pecan Deluxe Awarded Purchasing Vendor of the Year by International Dairy Queen

We are thrilled to announce Pecan Deluxe Candy Company has been named Purchasing Vendor of the Year by International Dairy Queen Inc., the parent company of American Dairy Queen Corporation (ADQ), which is the franchisor of the DQ® restaurant system.
The award was presented at DQ Supply Chain Summit 2023 on September 21 by Sarah Stewart-Schultze, vice president of purchasing at Unified Supply Chain Inc., a subsidiary of IDQ.
“During nearly four decades of partnership with the DQ system, Pecan Deluxe has played an integral role in helping to bring smiles and positive memories to fans who enjoy DQ treats with chocolate chip cookie dough, choco chunks, brownie pieces, and many other Blizzard® Treat inclusions throughout the year,” said Stewart-Schultze. “They have been an incredible vendor, and we thank them for their ongoing commitment to International Dairy Queen, DQ franchise owners and our fans.”
The Purchasing Vendor of the Year award is granted annually to a DQ vendor that goes above and beyond to deliver quality service to franchise owners while serving as a key resource throughout the year. As a provider of Blizzard Treat inclusions to DQ restaurants in the United States, Pecan Deluxe has been a key resource to IDQ and its franchise owners.
