Doughnuts are versatile, popular and delicious – and our products make their perfect partner.
Salted Caramel Pecan:
The salted caramel glaze was made by adding salted caramel sauce into a standard icing-water mix. When dry, we decorated with our medium praline pecans. All our praline nuts would work here, but we love the classic combination of pecans and sweet caramel!
This colourful doughnut has a vanilla icing topping, which we then drizzled with a yellow lemon icing – made from icing sugar, water, lemon essence and yellow food colouring. Finally, we decorated with our lemon meringue pieces.
Raspberry White Chocolate:
To make the white chocolate glaze, simply melt white chocolate and add pink food colouring and a raspberry flavour to the mix. Then spread onto the doughnut and finish by decorating with our white chocolate coated pink popping candy clusters. Our sugar pearls would also work well on this one.
