“A healthy(ish) snack to start the new year ”
This idea makes getting your five a day slightly less healthy, but infinitely more tasty! Simply coat half an orange segment in melted chocolate (milk or dark) then dust with some of our inclusions. In this case we used some of our pink and green sugar pearls, but most inclusions work well, so the choice is very much yours. Finally, place the segments in the fridge until the chocolate is set.
