Cookie Dough & Peanut Butter Flavour Crumble Slices
INGREDIENTS
- Pecan Deluxe frozen cookie dough pieces (14mm & 8mm)
- Pecan Deluxe milk chocolate peanut butter flavour cups
- Approx 170ml sweetened condensed milk
- Lined baking tray
These gooey bars have a base of cookie dough, topped with condensed milk, milk chocolate peanut butter flavour caramel cups & crumbled cookie dough pieces
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Scatter enough large cookie dough pieces into the lined baking tray to completely cover the base. Allow to defrost slightly and then press together using the back of a wooden spoon to form an even layer & smooth lightly.
- Scatter milk chocolate peanut butter cups evenly over the dough layer – aim to have at least 4 to 5 cups per slice
- Pour the condensed milk over the top of the milk chocolate cups then scatter the small cookie dough pieces over the mixture – leave some gaps – the cookie dough will spread out when it cooks.
- Bake for about 30 minutes. The condensed milk should be nearly set and the edges firm and golden brown.
- Allow to cool in baking tray before slicing into bars
