Halloween Cookie Dough Bombs
YOU WILL NEED
- Pecan Deluxe frozen cookie dough pieces (14mm)
- Chocolate brownies cut into approx 2.5 cm squares
- White chocolate
- Lined baking tray
- Fridge/Freezer
- Microwave
METHOD
Take a brownie square and flatten it gently with your hand or using the back of a table spoon. Place a frozen cookie dough piece onto the middle of the flattened brownie & carefully wrap the brownie around the cookie dough until the dough is completely covered & you have a ball shape Repeat until you have used all your brownie and cookie dough pieces, then place on a lined tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes. Break the chocolate into chunks and melt in a heatproof bowl either over a pan of barely simmering water or gently in the microwave, in short bursts and on a low setting. Stir until smooth. Using a fork dip each cookie/brownie ball into the chocolate until completely covered & allow the excess to drip off. Once coated, pipe white chocolate around the bombs to resemble bandages. Return to the tray and chill until set
