Popcorn Rocky Road
- 250g milk chocolate
- 50g butter, diced
- 100g crushed biscuit pieces
- 150g kibbled toffee popcorn
- 50g small praline pecans
- 90g coloured sugar pearls &/or crushed chocolate beans for decoration
Grease and base line a 22cm square tin. Melt the chocolate and butter in a large bowl over a pan of simmering water. Off the heat, stir in the biscuits, praline pecans and popcorn until evenly coated. Press into the prepared tin and scatter over the decoration. Chill until set and cut into 12 squares.
